For businesses
Know who pays, and when the money arrives.
A finance team with many debtors needs more than reminders. Duely runs the reminders and payment plans for your whole team, and two add-ons are on the way: a score per debtor, and a forecast of your incoming cash, recurring invoices included.
For businesses
What you get
For the whole team
Invite colleagues, give owners and members the right access, and see everything on one shared overview.
Ageing and DSO at a glance
See what is outstanding per age group, how fast you get paid and which invoices need attention.
Connected to your accounting
Invoices and payments sync from your accounting software, so reminders stop the moment an invoice is paid.
Disputes and plans in one place
When a debtor disputes an invoice or proposes instalments, it lands in one inbox with the full history.
Add-ons
Coming soonTwo add-ons for finance teams that want to look ahead.
Add-ons are optional and are switched on per company. They are being built: switch one on in your settings and you hear from us first when it is ready.
Creditor Scores & Analysis (KYC)
Know who you are doing business with: a score per debtor, based on how they have paid and on company data, and an analysis of your whole debtor book, so you can decide on terms and credit before the invoice goes out.
Cash Forecasting
See when the money is likely to arrive: a forecast of incoming payments based on due dates, reminders and how each debtor usually pays, including recurring invoices (MRR), so subscription revenue is part of the picture.
How it works
Rolled out to your team in three steps.
Step 1: Connect
Link your accounting software and invite your colleagues.
Step 2: Agree the flow
Set the reminder timing and wording once, for business and consumer debtors.
Step 3: Follow the numbers
Use the dashboard every week, and add the score and the forecast when they are available.
How many users can we have?
Every plan includes a number of users and you can add more. Owners manage the team, members use Duely day to day.
When are the add-ons available?
They are being built. Switch an add-on on in your settings and we tell you first when it is ready. Nothing is charged for something that does not exist yet.
Does the forecast include recurring invoices?
That is the plan: Cash Forecasting is meant to include recurring invoices (MRR), so that subscription revenue is part of the forecast.

We're building Duely together with a small group of Dutch businesses. Pilot members use it free while we build it, with a direct line to the founder.
After the pilot, pricing will be based on how many invoices you send. Pilot members hear about it first and only continue if they want to.
