For debt collection agencies
Start every case with a complete dossier.
When a reminder flow does not get the invoice paid, the business can hand the case to a collection agency. We want that hand-over to come with everything the agency needs, from our platform. We are looking for partners.
For debt collection agencies
What a partnership gives your agency
A complete dossier
The invoice, the debtor's details and the full timeline of reminders, payments, messages and notes, in one place.
A clear starting point
You see what was sent, when, and what the debtor answered, so you start from the facts and not from a phone call.
Handed over with consent
A business chooses to pass a case on. Nothing is sent to an agency without the business deciding to.
You execute the collection
Your agency collects in its own way and within the law. Duely does not collect debts itself.
The dossier
PartnershipWhat is in the dossier.
Everything the platform has recorded about the invoice, as it happened. The partnership is being set up: how the hand-over works in practice we design together with the first agencies.
Invoice and debtor
Number, amounts, due date and the debtor's company and contact details.
Reminder history
Every reminder: what it said, when it went out and what came next.
Messages and disputes
What the debtor replied, whether they disputed the invoice and what was agreed.
Payments and plans
Payments received, payment plans proposed or approved and instalments missed.
How it works
How a partnership works, in three steps.
Step 1: We talk
Tell us how your agency works and what you need in a dossier.
Step 2: We build it together
We shape the hand-over, with the first agencies, around your process and the legal rules you work by.
Step 3: You take over the case
When a business passes a case on, you receive the dossier and execute the collection.
Does Duely collect debts?
No. Duely sends reminders and gives debtors a way to pay. Collection is done by the agency, in its own way and within the law.
Are there partners already?
We are setting this up and looking for the first agencies to build it with. That is why this page invites you to talk to us.
Who decides when a case is handed over?
The business. A case is only passed on when the business chooses to.
Become one of our first pilot members.
We're building Duely together with a small group of Dutch businesses. Pilot members use it free while we build it, with a direct line to the founder.
After the pilot, pricing will be based on how many invoices you send. Pilot members hear about it first and only continue if they want to.
