Which accounting software does Duely work with?
Duely syncs open invoices, debtors and payments from your accounting software automatically, on a schedule or right away with Sync now. Ask us whether your package is supported.
Do reminders go out in my name?
Yes. Reminders and the payment page use your logo and branding, so your customers stay your customers.
Is this legally compliant?
The Dutch rules for reminders are built in: consumer debtors get the legal 14-day letter, and collection costs follow the statutory scale. Your reminder flows can't be set to exceed these limits. You remain responsible for the content of your messages, and Duely does not give legal advice.
How do my debtors pay?
Every reminder links to a page in your branding where debtors see what they owe and pay with iDEAL, card or PayPal. Payments are matched to the invoice automatically.
What happens when an invoice is paid?
The reminder flow stops the moment an invoice is paid, and the invoice closes itself.
Can debtors pay in instalments?
Yes. Debtors can propose a payment plan and you approve it with one click. Each instalment gets its own reminder and payment link, and a missed instalment restarts the reminder flow.
Where is my data stored?
Your invoice and debtor data is stored in the European Union. Some supporting services, such as website hosting, may process data outside the EU under EU data protection agreements; our privacy statement lists them. You can export all of your data at any time.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running in an afternoon: connect your accounting, pick a reminder flow and adjust the wording.
What does it cost?
Pilot members use Duely free during the pilot. After the pilot, pricing will be based on how many invoices you send per month; pilot members hear about it first and only continue if they want to.
What does the pilot involve?
We're looking for our first five pilot customers. Pilot members use Duely free during the pilot, get a direct line to the founder and help decide what we build next.
