Connects to your accounting software
Link your accounting package in a few clicks. During the pilot we start with one package; ask us whether yours is supported.
On a schedule, or right now
Invoices, debtors and payments come in automatically. Before a call, press Sync now. The last sync time and any sync errors are shown.
Paid invoices close themselves
When a payment appears in your accounting software, Duely marks the invoice as paid and stops its reminders.
CSV import as a fallback
Package not supported yet? Import your open invoices from a CSV file and get started anyway.
How it works
Three steps.
Step 1: Connect
Choose your accounting package and give Duely access to invoices, debtors and payments.
Step 2: First sync
Your open invoices and debtors appear in Duely, grouped by how overdue they are.
Step 3: Stay in sync
New invoices and payments come in automatically; paid invoices drop out of the reminder flow.
Why it matters
No double entry
Nothing to export or retype. Your accounting stays the single source of truth.
No reminders for paid invoices
As soon as a payment is in your books and synced, the reminders for that invoice stop.
The same numbers everywhere
Duely works from the invoices and payments in your accounting, not from a separate list.
Which accounting software is supported?
During the pilot we start with one accounting package and add more based on what our pilot members use. Ask us whether yours is supported; a CSV import works in the meantime.
Does Duely change anything in my accounting?
No. Duely reads invoices, debtors and payments. It does not create or change bookings in your accounting software.
How often does it sync?
On a regular schedule, and whenever you press Sync now. You can always see when the last sync ran and whether it had errors.
