Payment plans
Payment plans that follow up on themselves.
Not every debtor can pay at once. With a payment plan you still get paid, and Duely follows up on every instalment for you.
What it does
Payment plans, in detail.
Proposed by you or your debtor
Create a plan yourself, or let the debtor propose one on the payment page and approve it with one click.
A clear schedule
Each plan has instalments with amounts and dates, visible to you and your debtor.
A reminder before every instalment
Duely reminds the debtor before each due date, with a payment link for that instalment.
Missed instalment? The flow resumes
If an instalment isn't paid, the normal reminder flow picks up again automatically.
How it works
Three steps.
Step 1: Proposal
The debtor proposes a plan on the payment page, or you create one.
Step 2: Approval
You approve or adjust it, and the regular reminders pause.
Step 3: Follow-up
Each instalment gets its own reminder and payment link until the plan is complete.
Why it matters
More invoices paid in full
A realistic plan is often the difference between paying in parts and not paying at all.
No spreadsheet of promises
Every instalment, payment and missed date is on the invoice's timeline.
A better conversation
Offering a plan keeps the relationship with your customer intact.
Who approves a proposed plan?
You do. A debtor's proposal lands in your task list, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Does a plan pause the reminders?
Yes. While the plan is on track, the normal reminders are paused and each instalment gets its own reminder instead.
What happens if an instalment is missed?
The normal reminder flow resumes automatically, so the invoice doesn't slip through the cracks.

We're building Duely together with a small group of Dutch businesses. Pilot members use it free while we build it, with a direct line to the founder.
After the pilot, pricing will be based on how many invoices you send. Pilot members hear about it first and only continue if they want to.
