Every reminder links to a secure page in your branding. Your debtor sees what they owe and pays right away, without an account or a login.

Your logo and colour
The page shows your logo and brand colour, so debtors know exactly who they're paying.
All open invoices in one place
Debtors see their own open invoices and can download each one as a PDF.
iDEAL, card or PayPal
Payments run through Mollie, a licensed payment provider, and are matched to the invoice automatically.
Propose a plan or raise a dispute
If paying at once doesn't work, the debtor can propose a payment plan, or dispute an invoice with a message.
How it works
Three steps.
Step 1: The debtor opens the link
Each reminder contains a personal, secure link that expires.
Step 2: They pay or respond
They pay, propose instalments or tell you what's wrong with an invoice.
Step 3: Duely follows up
A payment marks the invoice as paid and stops its flow; proposals and disputes land in your task list.

Debtors respond to your reminder on the page itself, with everything they need in front of them.
Safe for your debtors
Links are long, random and expire, and each page only shows that debtor's own invoices. Duely never stores bank or card details.
Do debtors need an account?
No. They open the secure link from the reminder and see their own invoices right away.
Where does the money go?
Payments are handled by Mollie, a licensed payment provider, and paid out to you. Duely never holds your money.
What do payments cost?
Mollie charges a fee per payment that depends on the payment method. We'll go through the details with you during the pilot.
