Yes. Start from our default wording and change it however you like. Every message can be previewed and sent to yourself as a test.
What about consumer debtors?
Consumer debtors get the legal 14-day letter before collection costs can apply, and the consumer flow can't skip it. You remain responsible for the content of your messages.
Who do the reminders come from?
From you: your name and your branding. Duely sends them on your behalf and does not collect claims in its own name.
